The Blue Seal Evolution Electric 2 Element 600mm griddlle Range E56B is a stainless steel, heavy duty electric oven range with a galvanised steel chassis and four radiant elements on top. The static oven has a 2/1 Gastronorm capacity with four different rack positions. It also features a drop down door, heavy duty reinforced control knobs, adjustable front feet and rear rollers.
